Burns Night Dinner
Burns Night is on 25th January and we normally have a gathering on the nearest Sunday to this - currently at the Sportsmans Pub in Goddards Green. They put on a fantastic meal with all the correct procedure!
Our next Burns Night Dinner is on 26th January 2020 with the following Menu:
Starter
Cup of leek & potato soup (v)
Main
Traditional Haggis, Neaps’ & Tatties
Vegetarian Haggis Neaps’ & Tatties (v)
(served with a complimentary nip of scotch whisky if desired to pour over your haggis!)
Serrano ham & sage wrapped pork fillet, apple & pancetta sautéed potatoes & green beans with red wine gravy
Roasted fillet of salmon served with sautéed potatoes, samphire, cherry tomatoes & fennel
Dessert
Raspberry cranachan eton mess
Chocolate brownie with whiskey ice cream
Scottish cheese selection with oatcakes, pickled walnuts & ale chutney
